Oscar

After graduating from university with a psychology degree in 1994 I pursued my dream to travel the world. After 5 years of adventures I settled into a career in sales and call centre management in the travel industry. This gave me invaluable experience in customer service and management techniques which I employ to this day. I moved to Australia in 2005, married and started a family, and continued working for my UK employer. However by 2009 I was ready for a change and wanted to pursue my other passion, houses. I completed a carpentry apprenticeship in 2 years and set up a business specialising in decks and renovations. I am now a licensed builder and have managed a number of large renovation and building projects. I have an easy going approach to life with a positive ‘can do’ attitude and welcome new challenges. I love my work and am proud to put my name to every project we complete.

Andy

Andy is my site supervisor and most experienced carpenter with over 30 years working in the construction industry. He also has a degree in furniture design and has worked as a draughtsman. He has a vast knowledge of home construction. What he doesn’t know about building houses probably isn’t worth knowing. His motto is ‘if a jobs worth doing, it’s worth doing well’, and as well as being an outstanding tradesman he’s also my brother in law.

Scott

Scott had worked in his family construction business in the UK for 15 years before emigrating to Australia in 2012. He joined the team in 2015 as a carpenter and brings a positive and friendly attitude, a dedication to quality and a questionable singing voice to work each day.

Jesse

Jesse joined the team as a school based apprentice in 2016 and became full time in 2018. He has a maturity beyond his years and is eager to learn his trade.
